Dear Les, 

I just wanted to write to you to say how happy we are about the exceptional service you and your team have given us through out this harrowing time. As you know, we have had a major leak and all the loft insulation had to come down out of our loft and air blowers and dehumidifiers be set up to try and dry all the walls, plaster etc.

Both my husband and I were devastated until  your team Dean and Leigh came around and sorted everything out for us. I want to Firstly Thank you all so much for your friendly "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. Even when you had a van break down and were short on vans staff etc, you(Les) still sent someone out to us Friday rather than making us wait all weekend until Monday.

Dean and Leigh are so friendly and hardworking and nothing is too much for them to sort out. They both take the time to explain everything to us and they are probably the friendliest and most efficient tradesmen we have ever dealt with for years.  I also appreciate that they are neat and tidy and put shoe covers on when walking on my carpet and hoover up after themselves if they need to. It is nice to finally get fantastic old fashioned customer service. The team spirit that service master have is fantastic and even though we still have a way to go on our drying process and rubbish removal etc, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU! I would love to put your company up for an industry award as I feel you and your team deserve it. I know our work is being done through our house insurance, but you will certainly be the first people I ring if ever we need clean up assistance in the future.
